Established in 2004 to bring together diverse stakeholders in the state’s response to the Colorado Paradox, the Partner Network includes literally thousands of people and groups dedicated to helping students in their quest for academic and career success.
Starting with recognition of the “Colorado Paradox” in 2004, and building on the research compiled by the Daniels Fund, the Colorado Department of Higher Education and State Board of Education adopted a Declaration on College Access. The Colorado Department of Higher Education convened a statewide Strategic Advisory Committee, which formed the basis of the Pre-Collegiate Partnership and Partner Network.
