Meet the Network
In this Meet the Network section of the site, regional point people author articles and provide information regarding their respective region, including upcoming meetings, strategic initiatives, contact information, meeting minutes and other announcements.

This section identifies, connects and updates those individuals and organizations partnering on youth-related endeavors within the 13 regions, as well as providing information on relevant events and conferences. If you would like, join the Network today!

History of the Network

Established in 2004 to bring together diverse stakeholders in the state’s response to the Colorado Paradox, the Partner Network includes literally thousands of people and groups dedicated to helping students in their quest for academic and career success.

Starting with recognition of the “Colorado Paradox” in 2004, and building on the research compiled by the Daniels Fund, the Colorado Department of Higher Education and State Board of Education adopted a Declaration on College Access. The Colorado Department of Higher Education convened a statewide Strategic Advisory Committee, which formed the basis of the Pre-Collegiate Partnership and Partner Network.
